The player
The greatest batter in cricket history. A Test average of 99.94 from 52 matches across 20 years — a margin of dominance unmatched in any major sport.
Bradman carried multiple bats during his career, most famously the William Sykes Don Bradman Autograph and, in his later years, a Stuart Surridge. Both bats were unusually light by modern standards — around 2lb 2oz — and short in the blade.
